What we keep

When you book, your name, phone number and car, the address for jobs at your place, and your email if you give one. We keep a record of your past visits and any notes about your car, so the next detail goes smoothly. Photos you text us stay in our messages.

Why

To do the job, confirm it, remind you the day before, answer questions about it later, and know what your car had done last time. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

Nobody we sell it to: we don't. The services that run our booking system (website hosting, the database and email) store it for us. Cloudflare checks the booking form for bots.

Cookies and tracking

No ads and no tracking. The site sets no cookies of its own.

Deleting it

Text (206) 960-9229 and we'll delete your details, apart from what we have to keep for taxes.
